DoggoDiary – Shipping Policy (Australia)
Thank you for shopping with DoggoDiary. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Times
DoggoDiary ships to customers across Australia.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, customs checks, or factors outside our control.
3. Tracking Information
Most orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.
5. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.
This does not affect your shipping cost — you will not pay extra if your order arrives in multiple parcels.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
DoggoDiary is not responsible for:

deliveries to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

parcels lost due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

parcels marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

unclaimed parcels returned to sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Most DoggoDiary orders are shipped from our international warehouse partners.
Some deliveries may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your location.
These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by:

peak shopping seasons or unexpected disruptions
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, shipping times may vary.
9. Missing or Damaged Items
