Refund policy

DoggoDiary – Returns & Refunds Policy (Australia)

At DoggoDiary, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product has a major problem, including if it:

  • is faulty, damaged, or unsafe

  • does not match the description or photos

  • is not fit for the purpose it was sold for

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email doggodiaryshop@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We will organise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • in original packaging

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Incorrect Size or Colour Ordered

We offer exchanges or store credit if the item is unused and in original condition.
Return postage is paid by the customer.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are refundable only if the product was faulty or not as described.
